Why?
Founder/ CEO Shemeca Cooper knows firsthand what it means to be a distressed property owner. After the passing of her mother, she and her siblings were forced to let their late mother’s home fall into foreclosure. “It was the lowest moment I have ever experienced. Not only did we lose our mother, but we were also losing something she worked hard to obtain for herself and her children.” At the age of 19, she lacked the resources and knowledge on how to handle a situation of that magnitude. From this experience she has made it her mission to help distressed property owners by providing real estate solutions without the real estate fees.
